Your employees are code calling me daily. I am disabled and just buried my son. I will be seeking advise from an attorney due to the distress your company is causing me. The on going harassment regarding some collection that may or may not have to do with my son who has passed away and whom I am still mouring over has caused me tremendous distress. What you are doing is shameful and hurtful. Your company should really reset their moral compass.

No star rating. Calls me and asks for the same information as before. I gave them the info. You would think they would put it all together. No they don’t. They will not get no money from me. They best quit calling me or I’m going to sue them. They call me from different numbers. So why should I give them info when they don’t call from the same numberReview from cheryl c

I paid them on 4/11 from a bill I didn't know I had. got a receipt number and took care of it. They did not pay the company nor did they take the money even though they had all the info and money. Now months later I am getting the same call from a new company. This company has no idea how to do their job!Simm Associates, Inc. Response

This organization will call and harass you to no end. They are classless and uncaring. I was told by a cousin that they were calling repeatedly while I was in hospital for heart failure. When I finally spoke to them, they told me to go beg for money to pay the bill. This should not be allowed. I have been out of work with no income since November 2022 because of my health. They definitely do not deserve BBB accreditation.Simm Associates, Inc. Response

Sent us a letter addressed to “Associat” stating that there is an outstanding debt to a bank we never banked with for $10k No names are on the statement. Typos throughout. Instantly thought it was a scam. This should be illegal.Simm Associates, Inc. Response

I was sent letter for Debt that had been paid. No telephone number in their correspondence to Dispute! No stamped envelope to file Dispute. I was on hold in Livr chat for 15 minutes and no agent ever came online. Difficult to Dispute...especially since merchant's balance that was reported was paid in full!Simm Associates, Inc. Response

they reported me to the credit bureau just 10 days late with my payment my credit score went down 120 points.. abusive... from theyr part.. no phone calls, no email.. no nothing from theyr part.. they messed up my credit with out a notice.Simm Associates, Inc. Response
