I applied for a credit card in December, when I received the credit card and activated it I was unable to use it. So, I called them directly and explain the problems. During the phone call, customer service said they activated the card. After which I attempted to use it a few more times. Each time it was rejected. I received billing for the credit card and it has dinged my credit score. I've still been unable to use the card. I paid the bill to clear my credit score. At this point I'm now out of there's 60 day window. I called again, the automated system said my card hadn't been activated! I asked for a refund and I asked for my card to be canceled. They said you're outside of the 60 day window, we can cancel your card but we certainly cannot refund your money. My cards never been activated, but I've been charged and my credit's been dinged. Very unprofessional, very unethical, rather embarrassing to try and repeatedly use a card that does not work after phone calls and electronic automation. I do not recommend. Dr Christine Bakke
