Just purchased our sixth car from United Auto Sales - a 2016 Infiniti QX50. We love it! Very comfortable to drive in, lots of pep, roomy. Ron, Brian and Dave are great to deal with. They always explain all of the bells and whistles in the car. We know that they have carefully reviewed the car before we sign the papers. They also find us the best rates for car loans. I’ve never enjoyed buying a car, but I had to get one quick. I found my mustang on the Internet. I checked the reviews for United and they were great. From start to finish, the process was like nothing I've experienced before. The atmosphere was amazing. I felt like I could hang out there for hours talking about cars. When I'm ready for an upgrade, I’ll be back for a red Shelby ;-)

My wife and I have been customers of United Auto Sales since 1991. We have purchased a number of automobiles from them in that time and currently own 3 automobiles (2 cars and pickup truck) all purchased from them. The customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction has never waivered even when we have challenged them to find us cars with very specific features and colors at auction. All of the cars we have purchased have had low mileage and been in outstanding condition. They have always called us during their search on our behalf to ensure the cars they are considering for bid are what we are interested in and to review the pros and cons of each car with us over the phone. They have even sent us photos via text message before committing to bid. They have hit home runs each and every time. An added benefit for us is living close to United Auto Sales where we also enjoy the benefit of having them maintain our cars. I was conducting an on-line search for a particular year & model of sports car. My search led me to United Auto Sales, Inc., in Delaware. I am located in North Carolina. I reached out via email to this dealer regarding the vehicle and was contacted via telephone message shortly thereafter. The website advertised "no haggle" sales and clean low mileage vehicles - I found both to be true. After several conversations via telephone, I decided to purchase the vehicle based on on-line visuals only! I was a "little" concerned...over the years I have experienced both good and bad encounters with car dealers. Well, I can state that this was the most pleasant experience I've had. I worked mostly with Ron but Brian was also very helpful. Ron conducted an audio visual walk-a-round and provided me with pictures of the vehicle being loaded for transport, The vehicle arrived at my door the next morning, with no nicks or scrapes with all required dealer paperwork inside...amazing!!! I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer and I would purchase vehicles from them again!!!
