Exactly the same as a previous complainant, so I'll cut/paste their great write up for my review as well (Credit to Kelly D). We unfortunately worked with them over 10 years ago on our company logo. While the end result was fine, we continue to get “Trademark warnings” from them stating: “we would like to bring to your knowledge that some other applicant applied for the Trademark application for the same business name as yours, but if we proceed with his application and if he gets the federal ownership and protection for this mark/name then you'll be required to cease all use of this name as per the Trademark Law.”Review from Jay W

Received text and emails stating someone is attempting to register our business name federally. She says she is from the legal department and is a paralegal. Her email says Jennifer. Please don’t be victimized by this tactic. It is not true that someone is attempting to take your business name and that they can stop you from using your business name and logo. It’s a made up scam.Review from Kelly D

Is there any where I can vote with ZERO stars?! These people are terrible! I signed up with the service, paid $199 and I get contacted by some person asking me to make payment. Total confusion on their end. They they start asking me a bunch of questions about logo design that I already answered online. Does the left hand not know what the right hand is doing? They promise 48 hour turn around on logo design. No such thing. I asked for something unique and creative and what I got was so basic it could have done it on my own in Microsoft Word. Don't waste your money! Went the web site to request a refund and called the phone number at the top of the page and that connected me to some award service solicitation. What the hell is going on with these people. Don't walk .... RUN AWAY!Review from Neil A

I worked with this company 7 years ago....and while the product was ok, the choice to use them haunts me to this day. If you are ready for week after week and year after year of constant sales calls after you already have your logo and asked them not to call again nicely 10 times......then go ahead and work with these guys. BEWARNED!!!
