      I have lived in my community for 4 years now..... I have had LESS than an OKAY experience when dealing with Cindy Ballinger and John Love. The company as a whole is not good. They never answer the phones, the lack of communication makes it impossible to even know what is going on in my community, as well the business is not user friendly NOR ARE IT'S EMPLOYEES. I called to explain a situation as to why we were unable to make our payment and the response I was given was to move. I cannot afford my HOA fee what makes you think I can afford to move!! Rudest people I have ever spoke to and worst way a company has ever treated me.

      CPM is a management company that assists HOA and Condo boards in managing their associations. What Madilynn called about was not a CPM directive. She was delinquent in her association dues and CPM and the legal team handled the situation based on the collection policy the board had in place with the attorney's office. Madilynn was upset that she had incurred late and legal fees, although she admitted that she knew she owed the association fees and that she could not afford to pay them. It was explained to her that she could request a payment plan to help her catch up and that late fees and legal fees would not be incurred while she was making payments. She stated that she could not afford to make any payments. In this situation, the legal team has no other option than to pursue collections. Everything is communicated to owners through a website they have access to as well as occasional email blasts. The collection policy was sent to all owners with their payment coupons last December. Sometimes calls to our office go to voicemail and are returned as early as possible. In looking at her account notes, there is no record of any call coming into our office from her until this recent call.

      I came on to write a review about a company that I have had nothing but trouble with since day one. I didn’t so to inform others of my experience. Now they are out right lying!! I have called numerous times as well only one of those times was the phone actually picked up and I didn’t have to leave a voicemail. Like I said I called to discuss my situation as to why I was unable to pay my bill. I admitted that in the comment even! I was interrupted while trying to explain how I had lost my job that if I can not afford my association due I need to MOVE!!! I was upset about this encounter with Cindy so I asked for her boss’s information, which she provided and then proceeded to hang up on me. I then called John Love and tried to explain my frustration to which I was just treated with hostility (this is supposed to be the people that give me information regarding my HOME my COMMUNITY). I was never explained by anyone about any payment plans. Since all of this has happened I was contacted by a board member who was upset that the property management company took it to the point that they did. I have attended 2 board meetings both in which EVERY SINGLE COMMUNITY MEMBER complained about CPM and customer service they receive. I am not one to comment or leave aimless reviews. Once again I have now dealt with this company for 4 years and have NEVER had anything but a horrible experience. Focus some of the energy you used to write your comment on improving your company!!!! Just to add to my proof, like I said not user friendly and makes it difficult to pay. You CANNOT pay over your phone! You MUST own a computer. Or pay by mail……
