They moved my gas line and they did a great job. They didn't have the part needed and took $100 off of the bill. I've never had a company do that before. They quoted me over $1000 cheaper than another company that I've used in the past.

We have always been extremely happy with Narrow Path and their Services. We were relieved to find a pluming company we felt we could trust when we bought our house 10 years ago. They have come out several times to do work for us over the years - installing a new sump pump, fixing faucets, diagnosing issues, putting in new water heater, etc. We always found the work done to be professional, clean and felt we could trust this company, including the owner who was awesome to do business with! Unfortunately that has changed for us over the last couple of years. Normally I would just move on, but I'm so disappointed I felt leaving a review is the only way to let the company know something is wrong. I've tried other methods and requested a call, but can never get through to ask the owner about these issues. I'm sure he is very busy. In the summer of 2019 we wanted to get our French drain changed to run a pipe out to the back yard to stop flooding the side yard from the sump pump. I set up an appointment for an estimate. On the day of the appointment, I took vacation time from work to be there for the technician. I waited and waited and finally called to see if he was still coming. I was told 1/2 hour - nothing happened. Called again, and nothing. The receptionist apologized and said someone would be out.....still no show. I called again to ask and the receptionist seemed to get into an argument with another man who accused me of lying and saying the tech came out, called me, and no one was home. I told them that was false, I had been there the whole time waiting. They finally re-scheduled me, and two gentlemen came out to look at the area and they wanted to argue again with me that the tech was on-site the day before, and then said, well, for all your trouble we will give you this estimate for free. I was shocked. Since when does a reputable company charge for an estimate, and on top of what I had already been through?! The estimate came in at $1300 for materials & labor. I would have to hire a landscape company to figure out how to make the drain blend into the yard. I called my landscaping company - they did the same work, laid sod, tied off an extra drain at the back of the house and installed a no-show pipe and cover.....for $250. The final straw was this when our new water heater partially flooded our basement. This was a Sunday morning and we were preparing to leave for a trip. We called Narrow Path because our water heater was still under warranty with them as it was purchased and installed in 2017. We were told that the owner was on vacation, but the gentleman we worked with would get someone out the next morning. We asked about how much the installation would be and he got very flustered. He couldn't tell us a ballpark estimate. Unfortunately he wouldn't schedule anyone for that morning, so we had to cancel our trip. Next morning Josh and Levi (who are awesome!) installed the new water heater. No new materials were needed as we had the exact same thing put in as before and the parts/water heater were under warranty. The issue was how the company handled our charges. The plumber was told to call the office when they got here to be told the charges for the day. They were there for 2 hours to swap things out - no new parts. The plumber seemed kind of embarrassed to tell us that our charge for the swap, under warranty, was $650! We asked what did that include and the office had told him "parts and labor." That was an issue for me since they didn't install ANY new parts. We already paid for those before. Since I knew the owner was out, I waited and called the next week to verify this was the correct charge and she told me I could talk to the person who had scheduled the service. I said no, I prefer to talk with the owner as I'd like to verify these charges are correct and I would like an itemized statement. She said he was coming at 4:30 and he would call me. Never happened. I got a call from the same woman the next day who said she "talked to her manager," and the charges were for labor. I said, $650 for two hours? Then she said, "It's a flat fee for installation, that is what we charge." Needless to say I do not feel good about all of this. I want to give a better review, but I just can't. I think most of Narrow Path's actual plumbers and their work are amazing, but trying to communicate with the office staff, the unclear charges, and the way they have treated us lately as long-standing clients leave much to be desired. It's sad to see this happen.

We just had a sewer replaced and the team of Joe and Dean were fantastic. They did an outstanding job from start to finish, even the cleanup of the excavation was superb and very neatly done. The price was very reasonable and workmanship awesome. Superior job, I highly recommend this company to anyone needing their services.
