      Fetch puppies sold me a pure breed Can Corso puppy and after further findings and DNA testing she isn’t even 40% Cane Corso. The DNA show 9 breeds. Fetch is refusing to refund any money or resolve this matter. They are telling me that mixed breeds are pure breed dogs and that it is not possible for a dog to be 100% a pure breed. This isn’t true and I have had pure breeds in the past. She is also ACA registered under the understanding that she’s a pure bred. 9 breeds showed up in her DNA. That’s cross breeding.

      10 days ago, I purchased my puppy. Instantly after purchasing, everyone was telling me how much I over paid and how I could have made an offer. I jokingly made an offer to the girl if she could discount $1000 when i bought him, she looked at me like I was stupid. I never purchased a puppy before, so I did not know that was an actual possibility. When I talked to Customer Care after they took 3 days to return my call, they tried to tell me she is a good manager, and she is the one that told me that I can make an offer and i refused. Which was a straight lie. I have been begging them to work something out with me because my sister who was supposed to keep him all week, and I just keep him on the weekends had to back down because her son with special needs is way too afraid of him and I cannot keep him full-time, they sold me the dog for $4000 and every offer I got after was no more than $500 and everyone I spoke to told me they overcharged me big time and complained about Fetch. I had to beg them repeatedly to exchange him for a smaller puppy, that I actually can care for , even though I was out my 48 hour policy and they refused. I begged them to give me some sort of help. It has only been a week. I already took him to the vet anything that they can do to assist me and they just said no I’m sure they can resell the puppy so easily and give me one even of lesser value for the ridiculous price they charged me. And they are refusing to help in anyway because they told me straight up you were the one that bought it. I told Customer Care so the girl straight up took advantage of me because I had no knowledge of the situation and he said she is one of my best managers, so apparently she is great at taking advantage of people and quickly helping me to get credit , which by the way, the application stuff I was supposed to do on my phone wouldnt work and she still set me through. She said don’t worry about all that and she did overrides

      When I spoke to customer care prior to this review, I was very upset about the wait the corporate guy was speaking, he was very rude and basically told me I had no options but to stick with trying with the dog. Then, Taylor, manager who overlooks both stores read through all my messages and calls and went out of her way to personally give me a call and try and help me. She was very sweet very understanding and just a great person. Today, the rude guy calls me back with Taylor, extra rude, upset about my review accusing me of attacking the company and says he wants to take back the offer Taylor gave me. I didn’t want what she offered me anyway (and out of respect for her kindness, and the future of her company I am not stating what she offered because they don’t do that for everyone and she was trying to help) I want to file a positive complaint of her time and kindness. However, that asshole corporate guy, is just that an asshole, and his tone I was very pissed about and he is the reason I am adding a comment and not removing my review. But TAYLOR is Awesome and very nice! She should have his job. So if you have issues, I recommend calling her not custome care.
