            In the past week or so, I have called the business. On the first call, a person answered and when I told her that I had been a customer wherein their product had been installed several years ago, she asked for my address and name. When she responded, she told me they had no records of it. I told her I had the invoice and another document. She told me that she would get back to me after she checked on it. I hadn't heard from her for a couple days so I called again and left a message. Still no response for a few more days so I called again a couple days ago and left a message. No response as of now. The message that I left on the last call was that we were having a problem with water capture or words to that effect. I'm now left with no answers...concern that they have no records of it while I do. And concern whether they care about my issue, one way or the other. I checked their record with BBB and learned that they appear to have a very good reputation.

            GutRDun is very professional and their prices are very reasonable, not inflated like most companies. My job was completed fast and they did an outstanding job.
