Joe was prompt and professional in his understanding of the project we envisioned on our hobby farm to include 22 Provia Windows, 2,300 square feet of Mastic Board & Batton siding and 200 feet of gutters and downspouts. Rodney and Matt were meticulous in their workmanship and installed it as if it were their own home while offering suggestions as we went along. We are terribly pleased with the end result and it looks better than what we anticipated. Thank you!

I am SO impressed with the professionalism and quality exhibited by the team at Wayne Overhead Door Sales. We experienced some gutter damage after the last big wind storm, and their team was super responsive in helping us get the issue fixed. It's hard these days to find quality contractors that are affordable and available to do the work, and Wayne Overhead Doors checked all the boxes! Highly recommend.

This company did a fantastic job with installation of a new garage door opener. Prompt, courteous, efficient. I'm only giving two-stars because management withdrew a quote to install gutter protection at my residence after I notified the production manager that I was waiting on quotes from other vendors. I don't think it is unreasonable for potential customers to look at their options. Below is the note I received from the production manager. "With all due respect. I was equally disappointed in your response. I totally understand / respect a consumer of product or service, must diligent in making a commitment. It is 100% okay to "look for the best deal" with the understanding and respect that a free estimate to the consumer is not in fact "free" it cost the business submitting it a great deal. From the initial employee of contact, schedulers, estimators, logistics and clerical for said employees. Could potentially cost time balanced from other customers. There are lots of variables. Given the understanding, we have completed other projects for you, our loyal costumer, we absorb some clerical and logistical costs to further solidify our commitment with you. Forgive me for finding it offensive that after your request to proceed with our project long quoted, you inform me that you had a change of heart and are going to shop around for the "best deal." We pride ourselves on quality and commitment."
