    Purchased/financed vehicle in February, 2022 from 'Walker Toyota's of Dayton, Ohio. Since taking ownership, vehicle has left me stranded over 20 times (not including today) due to electrical/starting issues. Vehicle service warranty and service providers have failed to identify/repair the issue. I contacted the finance company twice about the issue(s) and was instructed to contact the service warranty company (Completed) and then if not resolved, to find another vehicle with which to finance and to replace the one experiencing the issue(s). Upon doing so, I was 'Denied' financing of another vehicle by my finance company. The specifics of this vehicle are that it is a 2016 Hyundai Genesis sedan with which I'm paying over $700 a month for their financing. I'm rated at 100% 'Service-related' disabled and am tired of gambling when it comes to having confidence in whether or not this vehicle will start when I need to get to VA medical appointments and other out-of-home activities. I need assistance in resolving this ongoing car electrical issue as I feel as if I was taken advantage of. $3100 down-payment and the amount that I'm paying monthly is totally ridiculous.

    Total clown show. Purchased a car and someone there got my middle initial wrong. They called me several days later telling me it could be corrected online. Well because of fluctuations in interest rates I had to actually go into the dealership. I called and set up a time because I was a 2 hour drive away. I got there and of course they acted like they didn’t know I was coming. They told me it would be a few minutes. I then saw the finance guy in the break room shoving a slice of pizza into his face. I contacted the manager and we finally got the paperwork re accomplish. Little did I know something happened and my loan went from 60 months to 63 months. I suspect the interest rate went up and someone changed the terms without me knowing so the payment wouldn’t go up. Fast forward a couple weeks and I get the memorandum of title in the mail and the MI is still wrong. I called them and was told the title person would call me back as soon as she could. I waited. After a couple of calls and a request to speak to a manager I was told the Title person wasn’t there. I called a few more times and finally was in touch with the title person from the used car department. She said my re accomplished paperwork was not in the system and she would call me back. After a couple of hours I called her back and she said she found the paperwork and was getting done as we spoke and she would “overnight” the memo of title to me. My 45 day temp tags expire in 4 days mine you. So, over 40 days to get someone to do something,I hope, and now the car is going to cost me $3000+ more because of someone crookedly changing the terms of the loan. I have purchased 3 new cars there, and my son has purchased one since 2019. I get all of my service and repairs done there. Perhaps not anymore.
