      Overall, the communication sucked. It took repeated phone calls & emails directed to both Cody & the general business phone number & e-address and could only get information and answers when they finally called, wanting the balance of the monies owed. We were glad to pay what we owed but AWM feel way short in terms of providing a professional customer service. No wonder they are in transition & apparently have been bought out. By the look of the reviews on this web site, you can do better by hiring someone else. I wish I would have.

      Calling Advanced Wildlife Management was the best decision I've made. I tried two other places to check my property but they were busy , abrupt on the phone and couldn't give me a date to come.
      I talked to Jessica at Advanced Wildlife on July 29,2021.. I explained that we had a massive hole under the bushes below our bay window in front yard, and the multiple holes in our back yard along the fence. Also I encountered a large groundhog on the front porch one morning. Jessica sent an agent the next day around noon. We have lived here 49 years and this is the first time there has been any destruction around our property. She sent a Ranger named Dave who was courteous and very thorough inspecting the front and back yard. He pointed out other stressed areas of the yard and explained their policy, the costs , and where he could set the traps most effectively. He set 2 traps , since I agreed, and was patient with all my questions. Gave his card & said he would pick up and change the cages if I notified them of a catch in the morning. Within 3 days , I had 2 groundhogs - one in each cage. Dave was the Ranger that came each time from Aug 3rd to August 19th, to pick up a total of 6 groundhogs and 1 opossum. Each time he came to collect the animals it was the same day at the end of his shift. I learned a lot about groundhog habits, and other wildlife from all the information he shared. I appreciated so much his kind explanation to my granddaughters who were so worried he would take the groundhogs & opossum out and kill them. He was going to take them to another home where they would be cared for he told them! I agreed to have a Dig Defense animal barrier system across the back yard fence to prevent any other critters using the backyard . I was pleased & surprised they set up the installation the day after the last two animals were picked up. Dave A******* was the Wildlife Technician they sent to install the fencing. It required a lot of pounding and effort to get the fencing in the hard ground around the fence posts. He was efficient and no doubt exhausted when he completed it and it was neatly set along the fence! I am so thankful for calling your Company to take care of the animal removal and installation around my fence. I especially want to commend Dave A******* , your Ranger Technician, and thank him for all the time and effort he spent on our property, especially during your busy season. I would recommend to anyone to call Advanced Wildlife Management if you have critter destruction around your property. Ask for Dave A*******, a wildlife expert on animals, who is patient, courteous, and professional. Thank you again for helping restore our yard ! Barbara B****, Kettering, Ohio

      Had one good experience in the past. Decided to use them again with the quote given In the past. I made an appointment to have them make repairs to prevent animal entry, I also called to have them come émergent knowing there is a charge and paid for the visit. The technician laid traps for squirrels, but never asked if I wanted them, I assumed it was part of the cost of the emergent visit. I later find they never set up the appointment for the repairs, and they charged for the trap service that I was never asked about. I called to talked about the fail in communication and was told it's all in the email. Yeah, after I already paid for the visit. I paid what I owed and will not use for my repairs.

      This review is rather concerning as we have never provided service for anyone with that name or zip code.
      We do have a customer under another name that has that email address which I think this review goes to that account.
      I have read over the file. We originally helped this customer in March with a dead animal search which recovered a dead mouse.
      The client was provided a quote for trapping and repairs that she did not go with.
      We received another call for service and she was scheduled for 8/26/2021. In that call, it appears that she claimed she now had squirrels and mice and wanted them to be trapped. She was provided a quote for the squirrel trapping at the appointment. She signed the quote and provided a credit card to the technician for payment. Traps were set for squirrels that day per her approval of quote and payment for the trapping. At that appointment, she requested a quote for mouse trapping, repairs, and tree trimming which we provided to her via email on 8/26/2021.
      The customer was texting daily if the traps had a catch or not with no issues.
      We caught 2 squirrels and removed them on 8/27.
      On 9/1, we received a call from the customer claiming that she had an 8-10 appointment for her repairs to be done. At that point, she had not approved her quote or paid a deposit for any repairs so there was no appointment set. At that time the customer requested the traps be picked up.
      She opened and read her quote on 9/1/2021 for the repairs.
      On 9/2/2021, the traps were picked up with a squirrel caught.
      She was invoiced for the 3 animals removed from her property per the original quote that she signed and approved with our technician on 8/26/2021. She has paid for that service.

      In conclusion,
      The customer had a phone conversation with us to initially set the appointment for trapping.
      The customer met face to face with us on 8/26/2021.
      To our knowledge, the customer was in agreement with the trapping service and animal removal as she approved it with our technician in person and paid for that service.
      On 9/1, when she talked to our Customer Service Rep, everything was explained to her again. Repairs could not be done without approval and deposit which had all been provided to her in her through email that she had opened and read at that point.
      The miscommunication was on her end as we have the paper trail of all documents provided and sent to her.
      We feel this in an unfair review of our services.
