Contracted service in October 2021. They were hired to remove and stump grind 5 trees. The work order was very specific stating where to access yard to avoid new retaining wall installed in August 2021. Work order was not followed. They let trees fall instead of taking them down piece by piece which resulted in the loss of one full tree, half of my neighbors tree and half of a new tree I had planted in the spring. When clean up crew came out to remove all down trees, they also did not follow the work order and completely destroyed my brand new retaining wall. Eastern Tree Service, apologized saying they would make things right. I have now been begging them to come out and do the repairs for about four months now. Due to losing the retaining wall I now have an erosion problem and my shed is now unstable and falling down the hill. Only request I have asked of Eastern Tree Service is to give me prior days notice so I can be home while repairs are being done. Not once have they tried to schedule that with me. They have called once asking to come out same day and I told them I needed prior days notice to be on site, that I was at work. They now claim I have denied repairs. Which is completely untrue. I have been begging since October for them to fix the damages. (Retaining wall, never finished stump grinding, ruined my new sod with bobcat, damaged my fire pit with bobcat and created large deep tracks from bobcat and now shed is unstable and falling down my hill)
