We hired this company to clean our pool because we were going to go on vacation for 6 weeks. After we came back from vacation, we were shock to see that our pool lining was stained. Before we left home our pool looked clean and ready for someone to swim. When we came back from our vacation our pool looked dirty and we were unable to swim in it. We asked the person that was in charged why our pool lining look like that and she said "the pool had a chemical imbalance". A qualified pool technician should have been able to solve this problem in at least a week however after a month in the care of All Seasons Pool service our pool still had stains in the liner. We were disappointed and unsatisfied with their service because we wanted our pool to be ready for us to swim in it. We had paid them good money. The technician didn't know how to properly clean a pool. To our knowledge and experience with All Seasons Pool we think they do unprofessional service. We do not recommend them!

I am sorry that you were not happy with our service.
Since we were not going to be allowed to maintain the proper chemical balance and service the pool as needed, I felt it was necessary to cancel service and let you find someone else to service your pool. You told the technician that you did not care about the chemicals just that the water was clear and there be no staining of the liner.
On the first visit we made, there was no chlorine in the pool and the PH was below 6.2 and ALK level of 0. This pool was very acidic and dangerous to swim in. Had this pool been a public pool, the Health Department would have closed the pool.
Due to the fact that ascorbic acid was being used to treat previous stains, this resulted in extremely low PH. Our job is to not only clean the pool, but to keep the chemicals in the pool at the correct levels.
As a result, we were concentrating on getting the chemicals balanced. When we had the chemicals balanced, we were going to treat the stain. Our technician has been in the pool business since she was 16 and has over 6,000 cleanings. She tried to explain to you what she was doing with the chemicals and treating of the stain. We were slowly treating the stain as we were getting the PH level balanced.

Your technician did not know what she was doing because the stain was there for over three weeks, why is that. And also, your technician poor the ascorbic acid in our pool after my husband told her about it!
Your service is not good to us, and I do not recommend your company.
