Excellent service and quality work. The crew that came to my house to complete multiple repairs to my pool to include resolving a leak, replacing skimmers among other things were awesome. They never stopped working to complete the task quickly. They were friendly and professional and took pride in the work they did. They were very helpful in answering questions. The initial customer service was also excellent. The time frame for ordering parts and completing work was exactly as stated. We reached out to multiple pool companies and Mr. **** seemed to be the best as far as explanation, communication and most affordable. We are so glad we decided to use them over the other companies. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their swimming pool repairs or needs. Everything was perfect.

More than satisfied with my service from Mr Pool. Certain things made for a few challenges but it was nothing **** couldnt handle! He came out to give us a free estimate and completed the pool from start to finish within 3 weeks! ****** was outstanding at showing us how to use the remote and the functions with the pump and filters! Would recommend them to anyone looking to install a swimming pool! Outstanding and efficient service!

Mr. Pool team is excellent to work with- we started our new pool project with all the information for a quick and efficient process. Drew was our contract person, and Cooper is our "pool trainer." Mr. Pool's customer service is horrible. They are quick to take your money and appear to be reputable, but as soon as they are paid they wash their hands of you. We had our pool put in around February 2021. They KNOWINGLY used two different types of capstone on our retaining wall without notification that they didn't have the appropriate supplies. We have been trying to get them to correct it since. They will not call back and whenever they do respond, it's always "we are looking into it". The owner, Ryan, is even aware of the situation and refuses to have it handled. His excuse is they are going through "growing pains". It all starts at the top and his refusal to address it shows why the company is beginning to have a bad reputation. All we get are excuses. The concrete work is also crappy. We haven't even addressed that since they won't even bother handling this other issue. I will not refer them to anyone and whenever I'm asked I am adamant they go with a competitor. For what consumers pay for a pool they should have the customer service to go with it.

Mr. Pool has been a total disappointment. Their construction crew spilled a chemical or on the newly poured concrete around the pool during construction. It left a stain or water mark on a large section of the pool deck. To fix their mess up they offered to stain our entire pool deck. We accepted the offer (this is usually an extra cost) with the promise it would look good and we would not have problems with it coming off the concrete. It looked fabulous when they finished. Until it rained 2 weeks later. The "stain" or basically paint began to bubble up and peel off. It took them 2 months to come back out and repaint it. Once again after another 2 or 3 weeks it rained and the paint bubble back up and peeled. We called again. Months before they came out. This same thing has happed 3 times. Fast forward to year three we have called again for 4th time. We explained at this point we just want the paint/stain removed and them to fix their mess up. They will not return the phone calls. We are now forced to have to get an attorney involved. Horrible customer service. They got our money to install the pool and now will not fix their mistake.

When we moved to our new house, I knew building a pool in our sloped backyard might be a challenge. When other pool companies came by to price me a quote, they took one look at the yard and it was one excuse after another. Two of them never got back with me and the third one wanted me to hire land movers first to level the yard before they would even price me out. Then Mr. Pool came by, and after a couple of trips to my house we had a plan! Once the construction began, each crew was on time and working hard to build a quality pool. Getting in contact with my project manager was as simple as a text or phone call. All of the concrete guys did excellent and my drainage is very good. Each crew is tasked with a specific job and they are very professional in their crafts. I was home most of the time during the build and was able to watch and learn a lot from them. I felt like the owner of Mr. Pools appreciates his employees and several of them also told me how much they respect Ryan (the owner) and how he is a good man to work for and that he really takes care of his employees. To me this says a lot about a company. Once our pool was built we still had a lot of work to do with the decking and retaining walls, both of which were completed on time and look amazing. We are thrilled with how much our backyard is transformed. We went from having a sloped and sandy mess to a backyard paradise. The transition really is amazing! This is the second time I have built a pool from scratch and the whole process through Mr. Pool was much easier and way less stressful than our previous pool build with a different company. Overall, if anyone is building a pool in Alabama they should definitely get a quote and meet with someone from Mr. Pool. I highly recommend them and they did a great job on our pool!
