Roof replacement but left openings now have squirrels in house. I called and text sales rep to come and look at where the openings are. Was told he would when he did return my call he stated the flat roof was not included in the sales of replacing roof which total cost was ***************. After that conversation I text and called to ask him again to come and look (sent pictures ) also at the opening and told him long nails were sticking out of the roof he replied those are old nails I told him old nails coming through new wood he just said he would come and look. Never showed up. Now I see on the side of my house two spaces that should have closed up near the attic opening was never closed. Now there is squirrels in my attic running across and down my walls. Just want those opening closed before I have bigger problems.

The part that Ms. S****** is referring to are previous nails in the soffit that we were not hired to fix. We actually never used on the roof part about the soffit that she is talking about. We actually used TPO because of the roof pitch being so low. We are happy to provide photos of before & after.Review from David N

Yellowhammer Roofing is a top notch roofing company. The crew shows up on time, were very conscientious of foliage around the house and took steps to protect it, and did a great job with it. They use high quality products, including strong, synthetic felt, ice and water shield in the valleys and around other water sensitive penetrations, and actual starter shingles, which we were completely unaware of the importance of. They also give a five year labor warranty above and beyond the manufacturer warranty, which we found impressive. The crew also did an absolutely amazing job cleaning up after the job, we couldn't even tell they had been there, outside of the gorgeous new roof. We recommend Yellowhammer Roofing to everyone we talk to about roofing needs.
