    The complaint is with the way the move out was handled. I was approved for a house so I broke the lease and paid all fees to do so. I moved out in Oct 2022. This year I started getting emails saying I had a collections against me. I called the agency and they stated it was for early lease termination. I sent proof of payment then it changed to damages to apartments. The damages total from ***************************** is $1470. I was never notified of any damages. They just sent straight to collections. They could just make up anything and send to collections collect the money and ruin my credit. Which is what has happened. I have read some similar complaints against these apartments. They are known to do this kind of tactics to get money. Had I known about the so called damages which I dont agree with I would have paid and requested itemized list of so called repairs.

    Dealing with Foshee Residential and their recent take over of the Tillman Park Apartments has been a nightmare. I have tried to reach out to them directly via multiple sources of communication and they could careless about what is going on with there unprofessional vindictive ghetto apt mgr that manages Tillman Park Apartments. I was recently denied renewal of my lease due to addressing valid concerns of the unallocated payments not being credited to my widowed mother's account who also resides in a separate unit on the same property. My mother who is on a fixed income due to being a widow of a combat veteran keeps getting emails of money owed and has bank statements to prove funds were paid. Due to me her daughter who works for the largest Credit Union in the US decided help her address these issues to corporate with no success was retaliated against because I ruffled some feathers in regards to business ethics and denied lease renewal. The apt mgr I assume used unprofessional leverage to get back at me in every way possible by trying to construe lease violations of myself while ignoring major lease violations of others. I even had my tag stolen off my car that expired within 30 days of renewal with a police report supporting this. Recently, the day before my lease expired on Nov 29th I get an email from the apt Mgr stating that my keys needed to be returned by 4pm the 30th to avoid additional fees. I have been out since the 19th. My rent was PIF until the 30th and planned to drop the keys off the next morning of the 1st was nagged by said Mgr via email about fees. Granted I have never once been contacted in 3 years by this apt complex via email. Why would you other than to be petty & try to exhibit some kind of magical power of a consumer about keys?If I didn't return them it would be on me in terms of losing my deposit one would assume! This is the most bizarre and vindictive thing I have ever experienced as a consumer w/ never having 1 late payment in 3 yrs.....
