              This review applies to the Montgomery Alabama location only. From my august 30 experience I called them on Sunday for a leak flooding my master bath and was told no after hours plumber for supply lines. The lady assured me someone would be out Monday to handle the problem. I called Monday to check the status and was told no plumber was coming today because they had only one plumber. Roto rooter has one plumber! I was told it would be Wednesday or Thursday before I would get service. No empathy that I was mopping every 15 minutes or that I was promised service on Monday. Worse customer service I have dealt with in many years. This location gives the whole roto rooter brand a horrible name. Finally John came out the day after I called and cut a hole in my wall to look for the leak. He found the leak to be under the slab. He told me to call a leak detection company to locate the leak , a $425.00 cost, he stated once the leak was located they would bust up the slab and repair the leak at a cost of at least a couple of thousand dollars. After paying for the leak detection I called in to get John to give me a more accurate quote. HE NEVER CALLED BACK AFTER AT LEAST 6 calls. So I was forced (thankfully) to find another plumber who capped off the leAking line in the wall where it comes up from the slab and re run that line from there to the sink it went to for less than 300$. This company is absolutely the worst . Either they are completely clueless to plumbing work or they are taking advantage of customers by doing unnecessary work. Thousands of dollars and busting up my slab vs capping off the leaking line and rerouting it for $300. It's is a shame. Use anyone but them. This applies to the Montgomery Alabama location .
