The worst nightmare anyway can imagine . Furniture broken and destroyed . Boxes crushed , wet. The main guys name is Elbin . Stay away Bad news !!!!!

Claim has been filed with Gary at Roadrunners Moving within timeframe they gave me. They responded to the initial email, havent responded since. Several emails, countless calls have been made. We moved June 3, 2021. A group of 5 men showed up late. They were slow, unprofessional, and ill-prepared for what they were being PAID to do. We had paid for the movers to wrap, pack and protect specific items. I have antique glassware, special items, electronics, etc that I wanted to make sure were wrapped properly and taken care of. This was NOT done. Mattresses were not protected. Electronics were thrown in a box with no bubble wrap. Smart TV has a beach towel laid over it. Kitchen and dining table placed on the truck with no blankets or protection on them and had other items placed on top. Pictures and hanging art not boxed or wrapped. They removed all the drawers from our dressers and we're not going to wrap them with stretch wrap. I personally went and did it myself so that my clothing wasn't strewn from our house to the storage unit. I could go on! Items were ruined because they were sitting In the yard and it began raining. Floors were scratched up at the home we just sold. One workers chose to use the restroom in our front yard. One worker sat and wouldnt touch anything until my husband bought him snacks and water. One worker arguing with his girlfriend on the phone all day. Many of them chose to jump in our pool. It took RR moving 3 trucks and 14 hrs! All of our items were going to a storage unit because we were in the middle of building a house. As advised, We only opened the units one time during that time frame as to not have roadrunners say we did all the damage. Fast forward, we have a different moving company move our things to our new home. Their supervisor and my husband observe. Smart TV, dining table and pictures, and much more broken. Kitchen table, ladders, dishes, silverware, hand trucks, etc missing. New company moved us in 1.5 trucks And 8.5 hrs.
