Douglas quoted me $1000 to replace a furnace blower motor. This was on a Friday afternoon when the temperature was going into the teens for the weekend. After spending the weekend without heat I found a new GE motor in stock on Monday and replaced it myself in less than an hour for about $200. The national average for blower motor replacement is $550
