My father Ulysess Norman Jr died 2/21/21 at his home. He wasnt given a autopsy by the state, so I requested one. I was referred to **** ****** the MD in Texas. I was given his number by the Funeral Home ****** ****. I was told to wire the MD 7000 which I did. I was told that since the funeral home didnt have a facility to do the autopsy my father would be transported to Huntsville Al where the doctors office was located. Months went by and I was told that the autopsy still didnt come back. I was then told the autopsy results were accidently to someone who didnt pay for the Autopsy. I was contacted several times by the funeral home as**** if they could go forward with getting the death certificate printed without the cause of death being labeled which I denied. On the funeral goods and services it didnt show my father had a autopsy performed or a charge for it. I contacted Mrs **** and advised that my fathers credit card was used to pay for his arrangements which wasnt authorized through our estate. **** advised she didnt check the name on the card nor did she ask for identification when the payment was being made. We didnt go through using the funeral home for the service because Joe refused to allow my family to have a military style service, my father was a retired Navy vet. Our family wasnt given a refund for the overpayment. My father was then cremated by this funeral home without our consent before the autopsy results came back not allowing us to get a second opinion. This funeral home was aware that the doctor ****** wasnt located in ********** Al, he had moved years prior to Texas. My father wasnt given a autopsy the results are bogus.
