Let me first say I did not have work done from this business. Mainly because they said they didn't have time for new customers. I was told that it would be 30 days minimum before they could do anything and I wasn't even offered any type of wait list or way to at least acknowledge that I had contacted them to possibly schedule something. This is relation to a $6000 job as well so if they can't do that I imagine they can't do anything at that price point or less. So I just want to say that, while I'm sure they do solid work, if you are a new customer and have an issue that needs solving quickly I wouldn't bother with them.

We are VERY SORRY we could not help Mr. **** with his electrical needs. Due to shortage of help, recovering from two hurricanes, and other contributing factors we are unable to keep up with the work load that is coming in. We have been in business for almost 40 years and have never experienced this kind of demand. We are now scheduling jobs 30 days out. We do not offer to put anyone on a waiting list, because most people or companies do not want to wait that long. We have spoken to several other electrical contractors and other businesses and they seem to be experiencing the same issues. We always try to do a professional job whether it is a small residential or large contract job. Our decision not take on new customers at this time was not an easy one to make. We hope to be able to start taking on new customers again very soon. We hope Mr. **** can find someone to take care of his electrical needs at this time and we are very sorry we could not help him.
