Tina quoted me $150 to install new headlights and I was charged $217 when I showed up to pay for them. No one called to ask if I was ok with the nearly 150% markup, but no big deal; I paid the bill. I purchased new taillights and was told by Tina I needed to make an appointment and wait two weeks. Again, no big deal, places get busy. I dropped the car off at 7:15am and was called by Tina at 2:30pm and told, "your car is ready". When I arrived, I see my car with half old tail lights and half new taillights that look NOTHING alike. One set is chrome and one set is regular reflective lens from the factory. PROBLEM! The car looks like a circus freak. I was told the mechanic didn't have time to finish them and I would need to come back another day when he wasn't as busy. Why didn't anyone call to ask if I was ok with only half of the work being completed before starting the job? Ok, you can at least put the car back the way it was when I dropped it off, right? WRONG! They wanted to be paid $37.25 for messing my car up and leaving it that way. BEWARE before leaving your car here!

You were given a quote (which is an estimate for repairs to be done), sometimes due to after market parts, which you brought in to be installed it took longer than anticipated. Which was only 30 minutes more. From the time you made your appointment for the installation of the tail lights and the actual day you came in, we had the employee that typically does the body installations go out with a shoulder surgery the day of your appointment. We called on Thursday to let you know what had been done and why and you did not mention anything on the phone at that time. You and your father came to pick up the car on Friday and requested the original lights be put back in. Due to previous appointments and being short handed, we we not able to do that "that day". We did not require you to pay anything and did tell you we would take care of it.
