This place scams customers into buying new vehicles after taking your own used vehicle in for service. I took my used 2008 Toyota Tacoma in for a transmission flush and change out. The fluid level was low based on a transmission shop finding. While sitting in the customer waiting area, I decided to go out and look at some of the new vehicles on the lot. A car saleswoman approached me to see if I wanted to test drive one. I told her yes since I was waiting anyway. Well after I got back, she told me to wait at her desk. Upon waiting, she went over to talk to the service guy responsible for my fluid change. He apparently told her to tell me that my transmission was bad and then she quoted me $2,000 for my vehicle if I traded it for a new one. I told her no and to tell them to finish changing the fluid so I could go home. After I get in the truck, nothing changed by the way the transmission was acting. I then take it back to the original transmission place when they had time to work on it and they told me that no transmission fluid was even added. After they added fluid, my truck ran fine and has been running fine for days. So Im upset that they were trying to scam me out of my truck and try and get me to buy a brand new vehicle by lying to me. This place needs to be shut down or hire new management.

**************** brought in vehicle from his mechanic shop wanting a transmission flush. With the high milage and known transmission issues we had our technicians diagnose the vehicle. After scanning his vehicle our OEM Scan Tool showed hard shift solenoid codes and our ASE/Toyota Certified Technician recommended that the transmission be replaced. If we were to do a transmission flush on the vehicle there would be an assumed warranty and responsibility on that vehicle by us moving forward. Because of this we recommended not doing anything on the vehicle and there was no charge for any diagnostic or inspection that we did. Well, they got me. I agreed to a price of a vehicle that showed $*k in taxes being collected. The paperwork was then sent to me as I purchased from out of state. I didn’t catch it then, but on the official paperwork the final price was the same, but the taxes collected was $*k less. So, when I go to register the vehicle I have to pay $*k and the dealership keeps the $*k they screwed me out of. Well played Bill Penney. I would suggest bringing your business elsewhere… you have been warned.
