(2 out of 5 stars)I recently had an unfortunate experience with the Toyota of Montgomery Body Shop that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. The entire process, from dropping off my car to picking it up, was marred by poor customer service and subpar workmanship.Firstly, I entrusted my vehicle to them on October 3rd with the expectation that they would take care of some specific repairs. However, when I received my car back today, I noticed immediately that the tire pressure was significantly low. This kind of oversight reflects a lack of attention to detail on the part of the staff responsible for returning my car in proper working condition.Furthermore, not only did they fail to fix a minor dent as promised, but the area where someone had knocked paint off my car was also poorly repainted, resulting in visible air bubbles. This lack of quality control suggests a lack of professionalism and skill within their body shop team.Throughout this entire process, the two individuals I interacted with from the Toyota of Montgomery Body Shop displayed a nonchalant attitude, which is completely unacceptable when it comes to customer service. They seemed indifferent to my concerns and failed to address them appropriately. I believe that such an attitude falls short of the standard expected from any reputable business.In conclusion, my experience with the Toyota of Montgomery Body Shop has been highly disappointing. The low tire pressure, scratches, and unsatisfactory repair work on my car have left me feeling dissatisfied with their services. Moreover, the unprofessional demeanor exhibited by the staff members I dealt with only added to my frustration. As a customer who values quality and good customer service, I cannot recommend this body shop based on my personal experience.

Her boss was paying for the damages because a bike hit her parked car while she was at work. Her vehicle arrived here on 10/3/23 and left on 10/16/23. We called the customer on 10/13 and let her know that we needed one more part before completing the repairs. That part got here on the morning of the 16th and we delivered it to her the same day. There were no delays and had no interactions with her concerning a mirror or bubbles in the paint. The mirror was not mentioned in the beginning because it was not part of the damage from the bike that her boss was paying for. The tires being low is not a Bodyshop issue.
