*********************************** picked up her car yesterday, 3/8/2022. Her repairs were completed. Unfortunately the Infiniti service department is not able to loan vehicles for body work, only for Infiniti service customers. Our body shop is a totally separate business. Internally, we cannot support body shop loaners due to the many variables attached to body work, such as insurance companies, parts delays, and just the time it takes to complete body work.
An example is this case. The accident happened in late January and we did not actually receive the car to work on it until February 20.
We are truly sorry for any inconvenience, and will be glad to offer a loaner at her next service visit.
