              After waiting 3 weeks for my $62 order I emailed and requested update from website. I received absolutely no response. Then I called to cancel 3 different times and have now been waiting 2 weeks for a refund. Ive disputed transaction with my CC company for the theft that it is. Every time I call (3 times at this point) its the same response, we will email the manager to process the refund I get no confirmation and no email. This is not a real company they are a fraud. About to blast them on every review I can find.

              Their unsubscribe link at the bottom of the spam they send takes the user to a broken page.h t t p s : / / *****************************/preferences/backup The tactic of putting in the unsubscribe link in the email, but making sure it is broken, seems to be spreading.
