Manager, Brand and Accreditation Support

The Manager of Brand and Accreditation Support serves BBBs as a liaison to the CBBB Strategic Marketing Division, provides support to BBB accreditation and retention efforts, and coordinates compliance efforts with BBB brand standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following administrative and technical skills. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Serve as liaison to Brand Working Group of the BOC, including monitoring BBB compliance with brand guidelines
    • Develop BBB brand training for online Learning Management System
    • Conduct BBB brand training via webinars
    • Assist with BBB evaluations around brand and accreditation
    • Coordinate agenda and meeting planning with BWG Chair
  • Serve as liaison to the Accreditation and Retention Task Forces of the Training & Development Subcommittee
    • Support the development of materials and programs to support BBB accreditation and retention
    • Work with Strategic Marketing to develop collateral and digital assets to support BBB outreach
    • Build and maintain online training content to support BBB accreditation and retention programs,
  • Assist with development of CBBB Strategic Goal 2, social enterprise/impact work, especially assisting pilot programs within BBB system. May work with prospective new hire Director of Social Impact Program Development.



  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • BBB operational experience required, specifically familiarity with BBB brand and accreditation practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Working knowledge of BBB IT systems, i.e. Blue and eBINDr, preferred
  • Marketing and sales experience preferred
  • Online and interactive training development skills preferred
  • Strong relationships within BBB system preferred
  • Basic suite of computer skills assumed



Work is generally performed in an office environment and requires the following: the ability to operate a computer and other office equipment, including the ability to interact with computer databases; the ability to work on multiple tasks and handle potentially stressful situations; the ability to sit at a desk for one or more hours at a time; and the ability to lift or carry 10 pounds.
