            Ordered T Shirts for a special occasion and even paid for them to be delivered early. They showed and we’re going to be in time until there was a delay with the carrier. I was told by the carrier to call the company to have them switched to a early Saturday delivery (I didn’t mind paying the extra due to the event going on). I emailed bolt and told them what true carrier said BUT Bolt would not help me. Now I have $600 in T-shirts sitting around that are no good. Do not use BOLT whatever you do!

            We are very sorry that UPS had a delayed trailer, which impacted the on-time delivery of the customer's package. The customer did his part, placed the order online, paid for a UPS Ground service and approved his proof. We did our part, 1 day turnaround with printing on both sides of the shirt. Delivered the package to UPS first sort. Even with our very best effort; we are not able to control the delivery process of a major carrier. I understand that the customer is angry, and rightfully so. If the situation was in our power to manage, control or alleviate we would have. Once a package leaves our facility; we are dependent on the carrier to make the delivery. In some situations we are able to facilitate an interception without delay to the package. This particular package (UPS Ground Service); any interception that we attempted to make, would create additional delays. The customer did request to make this change, we informed the customer that doing so would create additional delays, we provided direction to the customer on steps he could make locally with the UPS hub; by changing the delivery to a pick up. We have reached out to our UPS representative to see if there is any recourse for this customer: delay by the carrier and incorrect information provided by the UPS agent that further ignited a challenging situation.
