              I wouldn’t even give 1. All these people care about is money… They “help” the families in “need”? Yet, throw me and my 3 children (two with special needs and accommodations) out of our rental after 8 years of living here!! They purchased the property less than 10 months ago, want to renovate it and not hesitate to “evict” me and my children. To add salt to the wound, they include my daughter on the “eviction”. Yes, 19 now but has lived here since 5th grade! I didn’t plan on this happening. This was supposed to be our last move before purchasing a home when we can! Where are my kids and I going to find a $800 rental?? Less than 25 days we have left and I still can’t find anything. To throw a family on the street and not have any reason other than money, politics and power is disgusting. This WILL not be the last of my words. These folks have destroyed my livelihood and my children’s future!

              Statement of Facts: We are not the owner or landlord of this property. The is property is owned by Falls Village Housing Trust. Housing Court Docket #LLI-CV236035168-S shows the case was filed on Dec. 2, 2023, a stipulated agreement was entered in favor of the landlord on Feb. 6, 2023 with a final stay date of May 1, 2024, which the tenant agreed to. Our office simply administers the directives of the owner, we did not initiate the eviction, the owner authorized it. Keep in mind there are 6 units, this is only one that received a non-renewal of the lease and well before Dec 2, 2023. The tenant would lead you to believe the eviction commenced because the landlord wanted to do renovations and while renovations are being done site wide, this was not reason for the non-renewal.
