My complaint is not about the product, but about the service they provide. It took multiple calls to get someone to call back once we had signed the contract. We would ask to speak with Vic but we would only get to speak with Kim who is extremely rude and unprofessional. Vic finally came out and outlined where the pool would go. He assured us that one if the reasons they stand out in the industry is because they clean up before they leave. Vic assured us his workers would leave the yard in good condition. It was just the opposite. The yard was a mess when they left and when asked about it Vic's answer was we don't do landscaping. They left large rock, roots, holes and ditches. That is not landscaping, that is cleaning up after the work. It cost us thousands of dollars to clean up after they installed the pool. We didn't have the equipment needed to move the soil and rocks and remove the exposed roots. All we asked was them to come back and clean up. Bottom line, once they had our money they didn't care any longer.

Hello ****** *our husband contacted us to install a swimming pool for you. He requested the pool be excavated to match the height of your deck. I did exactly that. It was clearly stated on the contract that we were providing the rough grade excavation and that the finished landscaping would need to be done by others. It also clearly states that damage may be done to the lawn, as we are using heavy equipment in the construction of the pool. You signed an agreement saying you understood this and would not hold us liable for damages. Our installation crew cleaned up all the packaging and cardboard prior to leaving the site. What you are calling clean up, is the finished landscaping that you were told would need to be done by others. That was not part of the agreement. I would also like to point out that your husband had my cell phone number and spoke with me several times over the course of the project. It is very misleading to say that I was unavailable or did not return calls. You were told to have your husband contact me directly because of the way you repeatedly verbally abused our staff. He was on-site during the excavation and installation process and had me move material to requested locations in the yard so he could use it in the finished landscaping. At no time during the building process did he express any complaints about my or the crew's work or clean up. When our crew filled in the electrical trench, he did ask them to relocate a large rock for him, which they did.
