If I could give this company 0 stars I would.... I'm out 2k and searching for parts from other reputable companies to complete my fence because this company doesn't know how to provide an accurate building quote, or pack an order correctly to prevent damage. So much for 20+ years of experience! Steer clear, unless you want to deal with a company with no customer service skills and rude employees who take no responsibility for their mistakes. Our fence kit was built and quoted by one of their Sales and Installation experts. 200 linear ft fence with 3 corners 2 ends and 2 gates. I'm not a fence contractor, they are. They failed to quote the order correctly and are now trying to extort additional money for parts I have already paid for , as well as parts they claim I did not order? Little to no document is sent with order so good luck figuring it out They act like you are insulting them and trying to rip them off when they're NOT providing all the parts needed in their kits. False advertising. Fence is not easy to install at all unless you are able to swing a 30lb sledge hammer for days! Basically our fence should have had 21 line posts 3 corner posts and 2 end posts. Add to that 4 posts for both gates and a total of 12 brace post total. That's a total of 40 post sleeves to hammer in by yourself. We had to hire a contractor to install the fence which is when we and our contractor realized just how substandard their kits. When dealing with 100's of components photos are essential otherwise even the general DIY'er is not going to know if they have everything, especially if instructions are not included or all the parts. I contacted them and they proceeded to blame me for the order not being correct, then proceeded to insist that I pay for products I was missing due to their negligence. My yard is still not fenced and no resolution provided. I will be Filing a dispute with my credit card company to resolve issue. I will also be sharing my experience on social media!

Company return policy is terrible. The customer is stuck with the product even if it has been unopened and unused and is within the 30 day return window. Shipping costs plus a restocking fee are on the customer, making it not feasible to return the product. Gates are not returnable due to being “custom”cut, even though they are described as standard. I can only hope the fence is of good quality and contains all the pieces needed because I’m stuck with it.

They are still in business and they are still screwing consumers over left and right! Don't be fooled by the appearance of the products on their website!

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company has THE WORST customer service possible and I believe is deliberately false info . In my first email, I asked if a product was enough for the size I wanted to build and the answer was " NOT SURE" ask your carpenter. Than I ordered a product roll for our catio, built the catio, spend thousands of dollars and a lot of time. Now 1 month later, our cats have chewed through it. I emailed them pictures and stated on their website it states... """Typically used for medium to large animals like deer, farm animals, dogs, cats etc.""" Economical & the least strong fencing we recommend for animals. Stronger than poly fencing found in big box stores or mass marketed online. If you can break it with your hands, it's not suitable for animal fencing! so why would someone buy it for animals if they can chew through it? and why is that not stated on your site? that animals CAN chew through this version ? I don't see that anywhere? I have spent thousands building this, assuming critter fence did as you stated" they claim.... "The highest quality and least visible fence materials - create your own nearly invisible actual physical fence (not electric fence) to keep critters out and/or animals in."" (this is NOT A TRUE statement if animals can chew through it then it does not keep animals in or out?) The owner replies, that I got the wrong product and I need to double up with another of his products, no apologies, no discount, no anything than just I am responsible for buying the wrong product even though on their website it states it can be used for that purpose. (Then he comes back and says, here is the email originally (which stated "NOT SURE" AS HIS ANSWER, so why would I ask him anything else when he couldn't even answer a simple question, no suggestion of samples, or anything other than ask your carpenter. )
