All Time Paving replaced my existing driveway at the end of Oct 2022. I also agreed, at the owner Mark’s suggestion, to some peripheral work outside the initial quote in order to better protect the new driveway. After just 6 months, the driveway is crumbling along seams and other misc spots and the asphalt is easily marked/damaged by visiting vehicles. I also have multiple cracks appearing and weeds breaking up through a section of the new pavement outside the normal trafficked area. On Jan 6th 2023, just a couple months after the dway was finished, I reached out to Mark, concerned with an issue I noted along some of the seams (crumbling). He said he would come out to take a look the following week, but failed to show up. I reached out again on April 7th 2023 as things were worsening, and again, he failed to arrive when he said he would (the following week), offering no communication. I reached out twice more via text over the next week and a half with no reply. When I finally did speak to him via phone call on April 19th, Mark was extremely rude, yelling and cursing at me. He later texted that he’d be out to my property on Monday morning (the 24th). Again, he failed to arrive and I received no text or call. At this point, I feel escalation is necessary in an attempt to get All Time Paving to responsibly and properly assess/address the issues I am seeing with the new driveway as normal communications have proven unproductive. The invoice attached is noted as paid in full. Mark and I agreed to a fee of $14000 for the dway plus $3500 for additional work to protect the edges of the driveway. I also provided Mark a $500 tip at the completion of the job totaling $18000.00. The invoice states a 3 year warranty on the new driveway. I ask that All Time Paving honor their warranty and evaluate/address the issues to my satisfaction in a timely manner or refund my payment so I may have another company come and do so.
