i signed a contract with John P****** of Tanks Be Gone on July 18 2023. At that time I gave him a check for $2975. After several delays, the project got underway. It involved installing a new 275 gallon fuel tank in my basement and removing a large underground tank outside. Once the removal was complete I gave him the remainder of the fee. The contract included a certificate that states whether hazardous materials were found at the time of removal. (none were found). He said it might take a "couple of weeks" to get the certificate. After numerous emails and phone calls from me asking for my certificate he finally called me and told me that his real estate customers took priority. It is now Dec. 7, 2023 and I still have not gotten my certificate from him. This was the whole point of having the underground tank removed. The certificate is a deliverable and part of the contract. He took my money but has not delivered. He has not lived up to the terms of the contract. I would never recommend this company. He has poor business management skills and does not fulfill his contractual responsibilities.
