On August 29, 2021 I brought my 2005 ****** Majesty YP 400 T, in for recall work/the recall work consisted of a leaking fuel pump seal and fuel pump harness that was still active 21 years after manufacture, I removed the plastics from the ****** Majesty, which took me six hours to disassemble and reassemble, I delivered the bike with all plastics removed to make it easier for them it took me over three months to get an appointment Scott is the service manager we were having a great rapport until I drop the bike off on August 29 that was my scheduled work day for my majesty/******. I called later on that day and was missing a part and had noticed a few parts were broken on the plastics that I did not remove that needed to be removed I guess to install the harness which is up in the front of the bike which I did not remove the front parts because I didn’t think it necessary but I removed all the plastics to make the engine gas tank workable without having to do all that work themselves he even told me you’re going to make it so much easier for the mechanics, after I picked it up and complained about a couple things because he didn’t give me back my used parts, Scott the service manager told me I think it better if you never come here again I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I ordered parts for my lower airbox almost 4 months ago they’re still on back order they cost me almost $30 and they would not give me my money back, it just seems totally unacceptable when I ordered other parts and they arrived within two weeks but the most expensive parts the specialized, left side lower airbox screws are proprietary to this vehicle, I would like help in getting the parts back thermostat he wouldn’t show me the parts that came off the bike the seal the fuel harness so I don’t even know that they really did the job I asked if I could see the bike and explain some things to them because I’ve had these bikes for 15 years on and off I’ve owned At least six maxi scooters over the last 10 years, I believe they’re going to charge ****** in ******* ********** for removing the plastics when they did not remove the plastics I removed the plastics but they would not acknowledge that I remove the plastics on the receipt. I believe the service manager Scott is a fraudulent non-compassionate person, like I said he told me I could never come back to that store for offering advice his reply was always our mechanics are certified when I got there to pick it up I asked him if they could do the test just to double check before I put all the plastic back together I didn’t want it leaking gasoline that’s when the attitude started but they did it anyways I think I never saw anything done and it’s still leaking gas as of this morning. Not as bad as it was but it is dripping gasoline and I put all the plastics on the day after I received it this winter few days ago. Now I have nowhere to bring my maxi scooter to have it repaired correctly, I need help please !! Thanks.
