I signed my contract for custom cabinets at the end of June 2021. They were lovely to deal with when we went there and sat down with them to discuss my kitchen remodel needs in terms of custom cabinetry. My contract had an installation date of September 30, 2021. Cabinets were supposed to be a one day install and they came the third week of October 2021. They were not able to finish the job and so they said they would have to come back. It took multiple phone calls and emails to finally get a date which was one month later in November. They were not able to finish up as they had the wrong size trim and said they would again have to come back. Again it took multiple phone calls and emails took out a date and they finally finished up a few weeks later in December 2021. Let me state the positive which is the cabinets look absolutely beautiful. Due to how the cabinets look I am giving them three stars. For their lack of communication I would give them 1 to 2 stars. It should not take so much effort on the customers part for communication to happen, and in actuality they are working for me. The job cost was approximately $13,500. I find it completely disrespectful that I had to work so hard to get an update on where we were at with the cabinets and the installation dates. I hope that they work on their customer service because the cabinets are beautiful but if I had to do it all over again I would not do it with Martin Cabinets. I have had many people comment on how beautiful the cabinets are but I can’t honestly recommend this.
