Ordered the Birthstone locket. Huge disappointment. The gem are sooo tiny you can not see them in the locket. Was a gift for my daughter in law and I feel terrible. One even fell out of the design while looking at it. And my other ordered is now 5 days late and still waiting on it. No Christmas presents for 3 of my family members. Will think twice about ordering again.

We contacted the customer and offered to send larger gems for the locket. Customer agreed. Order set up for the items at no additional cost to the customer. According to our records all orders were received in the correctly allotted time frame.Review from Winston R

We bought the monogrammed Sterling silver ID bracelet for our 8 year old son. The item is beautiful from Italy and well made with a sturdy clasp. But what impressed me was the unusual, personal service. The staff was helpful and prompt. I expected problems when contacting them for help with an item. But they furnished excellent service. I am surprised by the negative reviews. I have had an extremely positive experience with this company. The items I ordered were very high quality and shipped quickly. Horrible company and they only care about your money and getting it from your wallet. I ordered a product and needed to change the shipping address. I emailed them through their customer service and made the change request 5 minutes after ordering. 12 hours later I got an email saying it was out of their control and there was nothing they can do. Rather than offer a refund all they did was apologize and tell me to take it up with USPS. End result they took my money, they took my order and then they told me I was on my own. I won’t receive any products from them , they are overly aware and they just don’t care. Buyer beware, just let this company run itself into the ground rather than donate to their sham operation.EvesAddiction.com Response

They LITERALLY SAVED THE DAY for my 4 young grandchildren who wanted a Mother’s Day ring for their mom on Mother’s Day. After another company PROMISED they could deliver by then (5 weeks ago), they couldn’t. I literally ordered this ring on Tuesday before Mothers Day and got it the next day! I ordered a personalized bangle and it came with the engraving in very tiny. I contacted them and they responded very quickly with an explanation and offering to redo it larger with no expense to me. I had the new one within a week. Unfortunately, it broke within 3 days. Again, customer service personnel replied quickly and shipped out a new one again. Ordered 5 bracelets four 7 in and one 8 inch and they were all at least 1/2 inch short. I sent pictures and they insist they filled order they are a scam and they should have made this right instead they didn’tEvesAddiction.com Response

We have reached out to the customer regarding the length of the chains for explanation as they include the clasp and bail in the measurement. Horrible customer service. Rep confirmed my rush order had been lost in the mail. Refuse to send out a replacement for an additional 2 weeks or process a refund. Paid extra for the order to be rushed. Do NOT order from this company.EvesAddiction.com Response

We spoke to the customer regarding their order on January 4th. We explained the rush processing fee was for item processing time, which allows the item to ship in 24 hours. The customer selected 1st class mail shipment, delivered within 5-7 business days. If a holiday falls within the shipment time, this will delay the shipment as it is not considered a business day. At this time, a full refund was processed, and confirmed the delivery occurred on January 6th. Please let us know if there is anything further we can assist with.
