"C.P.I" Complete Power Industry work quality is good when they first start. If you give CPI. A big job or a lot of work. The work quality starts to diminish because his guys are over worked. After letting C.P.I the owner Luis Fernando Lopez and his crew work on my house. Overtime I saw how did honest and quality of work diminish. I had to call the owner back several times to repair , adjust and fix work that his employees did not complete properly and professionally. This has been going on for some time. Because the owner always claims to be busy with big jobs. But will get to it eventually, that meaning months later after being paid. Luis also act like he forgets or he never new of the existing problem after letting time go by. And is very untruthful deflecting the issue or denying the responsibility. He is very charismatic and promising when you first met him. Business was good in the beginning. But when it all came to a end. And I did use his services. Luis Fernando Lopez showed his true colors and did not come back to fix his mistakes. Leaving me with the problems high and dry. Not only that Luis tried to inflate and add false charged of work not being completed. But I always have video or pictures to remind him.

I really appreciate the time *** **** took to write the review about CPI work. *** ****'s comment came up when I decided to stop doing free jobs for him. CPI always perform an excellent job not only for him but for every customer. Over 10 years ago (08/03/2012) CPI was hired to do remodeling work at his property. One of the jobs was to install 5 new interior woodgrain texture raised panel doors. That job along with finishing the basement, installing a beautiful entrance door, remodeling three bathrooms, new laundry room, and more Everything as nicely done. *** **** was so happy with our performance that on 02/12/2015 hired CPI to remodel the kitchen, installing new interior doors for the upstairs, create an open plan for the upstairs, etc. The new interior door per his request were to be elegant and smooth raised panel. Along with all the work done, *** **** asked for many extras such "can you fix my door bell, can you install chandeliers, can you install new fans, can you fix water leaks from pipes frozen in the garage, can you fix loose outlets, can you install exterior outlets, etc." all that for free. Yes CPI did that and more for *** ****. There was also a balance of $3,400.00 owed to CPI by *** **** for work done that was never paid. Although the " I'll take care of you buddy" promise has always been there. However has not been paid to this date. Now years later, *** **** called CPI because the paint on the front beautiful door faded, which is part of nature, and request it to be done at no cost to him, also " can you install my Ring bell device" . Of course being and excellent contractor did take care of that and, not only installed the Ring device, but repair a wiring problem in the house with door bells which took me few hours. All these work at no cost to him. He did offered me a "I'll give $20 for the extra hours you worked" That was an insult to me as a professional. Then it came something else " Hey CPI I am selling my house and my realtor told me that the interior doors finish should match". The texture doors in the basement and the smooth raised panels doors in the upstairs. *** **** wants CPI to change the doors at no cost to him. CPI's answer was not. But CPI offered *** **** to purchased the door slabs and CPI will install them at not cost to him. *** **** declined. CPI goes beyond what needs to be done to satisfy not only *** **** but every other customer. Not in vane CPI has been in business for over 30 years, and the fact that ** **** not only trusted us and always loved and praised our work he provided access to his home even to show others, including prospectus clients the quality and beautiful work performance to any body that requested it. I sincerely apologize *** **** but CPI cannot and will not continuo to provide work and materials for you at no cost. In addition to Mr. Reid's negative review / complaint, why would a customer wait between 7 and 10 years to file such review. It does not make sense. However, on behalf of CPI, I respect his complaint, but I know the work was completely done to customer's satisfaction and beyond. Thank you
