I had a vinyl fence installed by Starline Fence last year. When they came to install the fence, they started without talking to me and did not place the poles in the right spots. I had to stop them to correct this issue. They moved the poles but the fence was crooked and they had to redo the first part of the fence. They finished the install and the fence looked ok however I have found they did not dig holes deep enough for some of the posts which is causing them to move and the fence to sway in the breeze. One part of the fence is now leaning and I fear that it will fall over. There are also posts that are not dug into the ground and they covered this up with the fresh dirt when they finished. Both gates are broken and they used poor quality closing mechanisms. The gates are crooked and one will not open properly while the other needs to be forced open. I had to have them come back on several occasions throughout the process to fix issues with the fence and they were late or did not show up and the work quality was poor. I had to walk them through what I wanted because they tried to make me think that certain things were not necessary for a vinyl fence when they absolutely were. I need both gates replaced properly and half of the fence to be redone so the holes can be properly dug. I am tired of trying to deal with this company to get something done when each time it has been a complete hassle. I paid good money for this fence and if they cannot fix the fence properly then I will find someone else. If they cannot fix it, I would like compensation as this has not been a good experience from the beginning of the install.
