When my aunt moved to assisted living, we needed to move quickly to get her home ready for sale. My brother and I both live out of state, and Marc was able to accommodate us quickly, even though we were approaching Thanksgiving. Marc communicated well, gave us a fair price, and accomplished in one day more than we could have done ourselves in weeks. I found Gold Coast Estate Liquidators to be highly professional, and I highly recommend them!

We had to downsize from a large colonial to a ranch and after years of accumulated "stuff" we realized most of it would not come with us. We are in our 70's so for us trying to cart items from the attic, second floor, and basement would be impossible. Enter Marc! We had movers take everything we needed and we left the rest of it exactly where it all stood. Marc and his crew cleaned out the entire house while collecting anything deemed saleable, then staged an estate sale. Upon my husband and I arriving at my mother’s home, after 16 hours of driving, we were confronted with three floors of a house crammed full with everything from junk to antiques and collectibles. It was an incredibly stressful and upsetting situation. How could we two possibly empty it all reasonably quickly, so the house could be prepared for sale, and my mother receive money for her health care and living expenses? We removed personal papers and items not for sale. He and his team handled the rest. They conducted a three-day sale that not only paid for the ultimate cleanup, but also put a tidy sum in my mother’s bank account. We needed a completely empty house to put it up for sale, and were left with exactly that. Everything that could be sold was sold, and they did a complete cleanup as we wanted. They even took care of an old, barely running car, which we were prepared to have hauled away, and they were able to sell it for us. All through the process, Marc gave us updates, and responded to inquiries. He was always available, and we can’t thank him enough, not only for the fantastic job Gold Coast Estate Liquidators did, but for Marc’s compassion and understanding of our enormous stress.
