In September 2021I purchased a 2008 *** ** from Cartech on ****** ** ** ******* *** I put down $2850 in cash and financed the rest of the $7500 purchase price. I paid the cash on or about September 28. The car was supposed to be ready but had not been inspected yet by the dealer. When I looked at the car I found it had bad tires. The Cartech salesman Danaldo promised to fix all the problems including that the check engine light was on. When I picked up the car about a week after 9/28/21, the check engine light was still on, the battery was leaking, the brake pads and rotors needed replacement, the rear lights were not working, an oil change was needed, and the inspection still had not been done. I notified Danaldo that same day of these unaddressed problems with my new car. Over the next 2 months Danaldo had me bring in the car 4 or more times. I needed the car to get to work but found at times that no repairs had been made while my car sat there. Eventually the tires were changed and a new battery was put in. The car was inspected by end of November. I continued to have a problem starting the car. An alternator was put in which resulted in the check engine light going back on.while these problems with the car we're going on, Danaldo was out of town for 2 weeks and unreachable. On December 18th my radiator began leaking its antifreeze on the ground. On December 20th while I was in a gas station my car would not start. I reported to denaldo that the starting problem has gotten worse. And that my car would not start at all. Denaldo replied to me that he will no longer do any repairs on my car because he is losing money on it. Actually, this starting problem has been going on since I first received the car. Danaldo at Car-tech is aware of it all. This car was a LEMON when it was sold to me.
