    I purchased a 2011 **** ******* in early December of 2022. (12/6/2022) The cash price of the vehicle was $15,995.00. I put $1,200.00 down plus $3,250.00 in positive equity from my trade-in which was in excellent condition. I was assured the car (*******) would not be on the lot for sale if it had any major issues. I was also presented a clean carfax. Within 3 days the check engine light illuminated. (12/9/23) the car did not have any catalytic converters when it was sold to me and the modifications done on the vehicle were not disclosed to me. I took it to a local shop on 12/10/23 and paid $982.73 to get these necessary emissions parts put on the car. On 12/21/23 the car would idle rough and stall intermittently when coming to a stop. (not due to manual transmission driver error) I took it back to the shop and was told the spark plugs were in poor condition and the throttle body was extremely dirty. I paid $668.03 for repairs On 2/10/23 I took it back to the shop for the same reason as prior. The throttle body had completely failed and I had it replaced this time along with an oil change for $445.37 On 4/5/23 I took it back to the shop for very bad rear differential noises and whining. I was told it was in extremely bad shape and that it needed replacing - quoted $3285.26 On 4/14/23 I took it to a drivetrain specialist shop which is highly rated for a second opinion . They told me the entire rear axle including the differential needs replacing due to severe rust / rot. They asked me if the vehicle was salvaged or was perpetually submerged in water due to the severity of the rust on the undercarriage. This diagnostic fee was $139.91 and the repair cost for the work would probably be in the thousands The dealer was dishonest with their representation of this vehicle and I want to be compensated for the repair costs I have had to pay. I want them to buy this car back from me for the retail price of the car when it was listed Extremely unfair practices.

    Worst experience of my life. I trade a car in to get a decent car. I get put in a no questions asked loan for a $31,000 dollar mustang. Not my first choice of a car but didn’t think anything of it at first. Now couple weeks later car doesn’t run at all and dealership don’t issue loaners. They text you but won’t pick up a phone to talk. Now I have no car for work and My job requires a car. How do dealerships like this stay open. This is a very tiring dealing with this.

    The vehicle the customer purchased is under Ford Factory Warranty and at the time of this review the vehicle was being repaired by a Ford Dealership. Unfortunately, these circumstances are out of our control.
