I placed my large order at New Years 2022 and everything arrived in two shipments before the end of the month, to Canada. I was impressed that one company could provide all the parts I needed for a used Jotul stove that had lost some shields; the sheer range of parts in their catalogue is amazing (though, you do have to be prepared to search harder than just entering the brand name and model - some things did not appear and had to be found by other keywords). Anything not on back order was shipped within days of the order being placed; the back order stuff arrived about a week later. Not bad when you know how many small foundry businesses close up for the holidays or for the pandemic. I am thrilled to have received everything on my order, for a stove that was no longer made since the 90s. I can only say my experience with Woodman's has been.....glowing!
