On 10/6/21 I had a Pulsar security system installed in my new house. I placed an order for security cameras and they were installed on 10/15/21. The tech who came stated that this was the first time he had installed cameras, well everything began going downhill from there. I kept having problems with the cameras and they came back out on 10/18/21. More problems on 10/22/21. I got an email from ***** on 11/5/21 asking if my issues were resolved. I replied om 11/6/21 outlining the problems. Another tech came out on 11/17/21. Tech replaced front camera on 11/22. More problems showing cameras offline. I wanted to cancel my services due to all of the problems, but Pulsar mentioned that I was under contract.. Requested to have both cameras removed and receive a refund. 12/16 tech removed both cameras, but disconnected my entire system. Nothing is working. I told company that I was an unhappy customer and wanted to cancel my service. I was informed that it would cost me close to $400 to cancel. With all of the problems I've been having, I don't think I should pay that much to leave. I did receive a refund for the cameras, but now the video doorbell isn't working. I have no confidence in this security system. I feel like it has not worked more days that it has worked. I've been having problems since day 1.
