              On 4/06/23 I purchased an exterior door at the Seabrook location from Fairview Millwork *** ***** *** in Seabrook NH the cost of the door was $1484.51. I opened a credit card with Fairview Millwork through Synchrony Bank. The credit card was approved. When my contractor went to pick up the door they refused to give him the door after much discussion the door was given to him BUT I was then charged the original amount of the door again $1484.51. A double charge. Each time I have call Thomas P******** at the Seabrook NH location I'm told that finance will call me but I have never received a call. This has been a nightmare -as I'm now being charged twice. I have disputed this with the credit card company however this will take 60 days with a lot of paperwork. The retailer needs to simply return the call and provide a credit. Something very strange is going on over at Fairview. Needless to say I would never do business with them again.
