Went to aspen for Oring replacement on my denture. They did exray and gave me a price of $1190.40. That included the abutments that they said was needed. Now they claim that they couldn't find original exray so that they had me come in for another exray. Now after that exray they said it now would be $2851.00. What happened to first exray and exam? The dentist on the first visit checked my denture and I needed new abutments. He took out one abutment to check them. Then he gave me the price. Now they won't honor the first price.

I came here for filling one cavity tooth and they advised me to get the cleaning service done before fixing my tooth. The cost for this deep cleaning service is $840. OMG, I NEVER PAID that much for this service before. Inside this $840 bill, it will include electric toothbrush + mouth rinse + toothpaste for $170 which mandatory added to your bill. They would not discuss with you about the costs for these upfront. All they said is "WE WILL GIVE IT TO YOU". For DEEP CLEANING itself that they called deep clean but to me based on three dental offices I visited in the past this is just the basic cleaning, the cost for the full mouth was more than $600 already. I tried to call the office to get my money back, but nothing was resolved and they advised me to come to the office. By going through other reviews, nothing will be gained from coming on-site beside apologizing from the manger. Therefore, I am not coming back and waste my time. I write this review to let you know and hope that you don't fall in their trap like I did.Aspen Dental Response

Should be charged for only basic cleaning for $79 as listed on the website, not for deep cleaning. Request for partial refund on cleaning service. Also, request for a full refund on toothbrush, toothpaste, and mouth wash since the business did not discuss with me for selling and automatically added them to my bill. The mouth wash was too strong even though I followed the instruction on the label. Could not eat well for 2 days by only using twice.Aspen Dental Response
