I received an estimate to have a toilet, sink, and shower drain plumbed. I called and spoke to James to verify that what I was quoted was still accurate. He told that is was so I scheduled to have him come out and do the work. On the day of the install, Ty showed up instead of James and once I explained to him what needed to be done he began to tell me that the job was under bid and that he would have quoted it higher and he would not do the work for the price that I was quoted. He went outside and called James and came back in and advised that I would have to pay an additional $200 or he wouldn't do the work. James didn't call me himself to let me know that someone else would be showing up or to discuss the price increase. I had to call him and ask why he didn't call as I had been dealing exclusively with him and told him that I thought it was unprofessional of him not to do so. The issue was that there was an existing air vent stack that needed to be connected, hence the need to charge me more. My problem with this was that Jeff, who is a master plumber with the company, came to my home and I discussed in detail about what needed to be done including the vent stack. Jeff had done a whole house re-pipe for me last year and did a 5 star job. Love's is who I called first when I needed plumbing work done because of my past experiences with their fair pricing and professionalism. I had even became a paid member because I wanted to continue my relationship with the company but that all changed after this last visit. Ty made it very clear to me that he was reluctant about doing the job and it showed. He rushed through doing everything, left debris in my bathroom, crawlspace, and left raw sewage in my crawlspace without telling me or bothering to clean it up. I called the office to speak to a manager about it but instead of calling me back they just had Ty call me who told me that it was my sewage and that it was my responsibility to remediate the sewage. Good afternoon I wanted a ceiling fan replaced and to change out the batteries in five smoke detectors. I made the appointment request and specifically asked for Donny because he had done work here before. They sent Caleb Nixs who gave me an estimate that I thought was high but I figured the fan was new and might be harder to install. Less than an hour later he said he was done and the bill was $596.00. I asked how to control the speed and he told me it would cost to much to install it correctly so it only has one speed. I ended up getting another electrician and paid him $60.00 to hook it up correctly. Needless to say I will not use Love again.Love Plumbing Air & Electrical Response

I contacted Love's because I heard gurgling noise when flushing my toilet and back up if water in toilet when running faucet. I was told I needed repiping inside and out of my home for a total of $8000. I had another plumber come out and explained that that a cap split and needed to be replaced. The cap cost was $2.99. Spoke to Mgr and he stated that their job is to tell me what needs to be done overall. Not to address the issue they were called forLove Plumbing Air & Electrical Response

Dear Love Plumbing managers, The Love Plumbing, Air & Electrical sent an inexperienced technician, Justin *****, to replace an old hot water faucet of the tub in the restroom. Somehow he went to the washing room to use wrench to turn off/on Stop Valve in the washing room without my permission. I think that he forget the direction and continue to tighten the Valve and let the Valve fracture. So, now our apartment has no water at all. We asked the Love Plumbing, Air & Electrical to fix the problem because Justin broke it for unreason. Justin said that he has to go outside of the room to discuss with his boss and we are waiting there for the whole day. But Justin fled away and Love Plumbing, Air & Electrical refused to receive my phone. I sent a message to the Love Plumbing, Air & Electrical, the office staff just said she emailed Justin's boss and he is aware of it. Then they have kept silent up to now. The Love Plumbing, Air & Electrical should be totally responsible for the charge of the Stop Valve repair fee or discuss this issue with Hubbard Bowers Co. to solve this problem which is made by Justin. Now we have no water to use for up to three days and no one wants to stay there because of the bad smell. Please tell me what we can do? please .... Have a good day, Hongbin PanReview from Warren H

I had a clogged toilet and I saw where Love had a drain clearing service for ‘. ‘’ $149 or it’s free’’ well when the plumber came out he wanted to charge me $687. I called the shop and they said that they were talking about main line clearing out in the yard. And that the plumber had the correct price to unclog a toilet IT WAS $650. 99 PLUS TAX!!! I needed a new tankless water heater, a toilet, and some drains cleared. Lodrick, one of the plumbers came to the rescue and made my home livable again. He worked hard and paid attention to details while answering our questions and concerns. Lodrick is trustworthy, honest, and friendly. Love sent over a great plumber! Lodrick Gayle worked hard and paid attention to details while answering our questions and concerns. He installed our new tankless water heater, oversaw the precise installation of our new toilet and took care of our drain issues. Lodrick is trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable and friendly. His pursuit in getting a job well done is outstanding! I was extremely pleased to have him service our residence. I needed a Kitchen Faucet and shutoffs values replaced. When they came out they wanted to look at all my plumbing, A/C and electrical work in my home. Really did not like that because they could only tell me what was wrong with these items. I furnished the Faucet and was quoted a prince of $1,045.94 to do the job. My sink strainers were in bad shape and ask at that time to have them replaced. I was NEVER given a price to replace them at that time. As it happen they did not have the correct strainers on truck and had already taken the old one out. They had to come back the next day and install them. I was NEVER told the cost of these two strainers until job was completed. They ended up costing me $871.30 bring my bill up to $1,840.09. They had also talked me into signing up for a service agreement that would cost me $22.95 per month. At the time I was to have surgery in two days and was not thinking about the bill as I needed the faucet replaced. I checked on line a week later and found out that the most strainer would cost was maybe $60.00 each. I called for a break down of parts and labor. Service manager stated they had flat rate and could not give me this break down. And that I had signed the agreement for $1,840.09, HOWEVER, it was not signed until after work was done. He would never give me the cost of the strainers. I WILL BE CANCELING THE SERVICE AGREEMENT AND WILL NEVER USE LOVE PLUMBING AGAIN.. All he said was that was the standard rate and that all reputable companies charged that amount. LOVE IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY...Review from Payam Y

On 3/16/22, we hired Love Electrical to install 5 flood lights in our backyard. On that day, the technician provided an estimate which we agreed upon. On 3/24/22, the lights were installed by the same technician and a total of $3, 302.20 was rendered at the time of service in full. Upon further inspection, we realized a remarkably poor workmanship with numerous deficiencies and faults. Several days later, we received an email to rate the overall service which we responded accordingly due to poor service. We never received any feedback or acknowledgement. We were provided with an eighteen month warranty. On 7/13/22, we noted that one of fixtures was broken and it was hanging onto the wires. We contacted Love Electrical and an appointment was made for 7/15/22, then canceled to 7/19/22, then canceled to 7/27/22, and then canceled to 7/29/22. On each occasion, we had to take time off from work in order to be home, however, excuses such as "working to get a technician," "technicians are tied down," and "our technician, D****, had a truck issue this morning with his tire." On 7/29/22, the technician came and he used an extra-long screw from his truck and reconnected the fixture. We voiced concern that the screw was protruding out and he was unable to refit the cap on and had just left it open, and was walking away to go to his next service call. He reluctantly accepted it, went to local hardware store, and returned one hour later and replaced it. On 8/26/22, we noted that another fixture was broken and it was hanging onto the wires. We have contacted the Love Electrical and until today 8/29/22, we have not received a response or an acknowledgement.
