We had Archadeck to fully revamp our very large lake home deck this past summer and can't be more pleased with the outcome. Marshall was one of the most professional design engineers that i have worked with and was very accommodating during the entire project. Not only was the design phase handled to make sure we were getting what we needed and wanted, but the construction and follow up was excellent. A couple times there were short delays because of material unavailability and Marshall always gave us a heads up; however, the final product was well worth the very short over run in time. To Archadeck's credit, they would not sacrifice quality by introducing less that the highest of quality products (how many other contractors insist on #1 select treated wood...non that i know of). In addition to the original superior construction, the proactive follow up to make sure that all was well is no less than excellent. They have come back, without being asked, and inspected the work and have replaced a few flooring boards that slightly warped. I have built 7 homes and 13 commercial structures over the last 40 years and would say that Archadeck is as good, and perhaps the best, contractor that i have employed. I would recommend Archadeck without reservation to anyone who wants the best of the best.
