      Will NEVER set foot in this store again!!!! Ordered a light for me that was paid in full then tried to charge me shipping of $60.00 when picked up!!!!! Needless to say I left with a refund of my money. Will take my business elsewhere ??

      This customer manipulated the sales person and demanded a floor sample discount on a custom ordered item. This was a $60 difference. Our team thought based upon how aggressive the customer was and what she said that it was approved, We notified the customer that we could not honor the price and explained why in detail. We paid to order the light fixture, it and paid $60 to ship it. This made the transaction a money loser. We had the product delivered to the store and gave her the opportunity to pay $30 out of the $120 difference. That would have made the transaction zero profit, but not a money loser. She sent me a nasty message, told me the discount was approved by upper management (that would have to be me) and threatened to post negative reviews. She also made a scene in the store when she came in to get her refund. We are ok losing her as a customer.

      Meadow Blu has the worse return policy of any company online. I purchased a pillow that didn't turn out to be the right color I wanted for a return, they deduct the original cost for shipping, you have to pay for shipping to return and they charge a restocking fee of TWENTY FIVE percent. The cost of the pillow was fifty six dollars by the time I pay for everything I would get less than half back. I will never buy another item from MeadowBlu and will make sure to tell everyone I know not to use them. Here is their return policy: Your refund will be less the original shipping charge and a restocking fee of 25%, as stated in our Terms and Conditions agreed to prior to checkout. You, as the customer are also responsible for any return shipping costs. FedEX or UPS are the preferred carriers for shipping returns. Please declare the value of the merchandise in case of damage during shipment. If the items arrive damaged, we will not be able to issue any type of refund. Please send tracking information to customerservice

      After a months long process, I am out over $100 with no product and will never be shopping here again. Over the summer of 2023, I ordered a rug off of their website. They let us know it would not be shipped until early September, and since I absolutely loved the design, I okayed the purchase and decided to wait. Early September came and I reached back out to check in on shipping. They said that now it would not be shipped until late September. Once I received the rug, I opened it and realized , the colors as advertised on the website were completely different. The rug was faded and looked almost all gray instead of the various colors shown on the website. I reached out to customer service who, for their credit, was very responsive. When requesting a refund they were only able to refund the product price but not the cost of shipping back to the facility or shipping to me. This cost me over $100 and I am left without a product because of misleading images on their website. I will never do business here again and risk losing hundreds because of a misleading product photo.

      This is not a company that values transparency and customer service at all. Shipping was forever with awful packaging (see pics below) and ultimately only partially delivered. You will be hearing less from them as you get closer to the long awaited delivery dates and when you do, they do not respond to any complaints of a missing delivery and incorrect item colors than on the website. We finally had to file a claim with our card company with proof that we promptly mentioned the issues with the merchant but that they had no intention to help. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company! I know we will!

      We are thrilled with our purchases from Meadow Blu. We ordered furniture and all our decorative lighting chandeliers from MB for a major reconstruction project and are so happy. They kept us informed along the way of eta's and communication was great! So gorgeous! High end quality. I would never go anywhere else.for luxury modern crazy- cool home decor and lighting. * We expected to have severe delays with this crazy post pandemic world and ordered way ahead of the time we needed our items. Our large order for furnishings and lighting arrived within their original estimates and some even earlier. We understand that drop shipped items from national and European manufacturers can have issues with shipping, but our experience was wonderful.

      Ordered a 400$ coffee table. They delivered it with a chip on the side. Called customer service- no response. Emailed customer service and they have yet to help in swapping the table out for one that's not chipped. How do you deliver a 400$ Table chipped and not respond to a customers concerns??? This needs to be replaced ASAP!!

      So far my experience with Meadow Blu has been nothing short of dissapointment and I am in the trade industry as well as ithe other nterior decorator that had a bad review. I expereinced the same kinds of issues as the other designer, we had to wait over 6 months for a bed stated to arrive with in three with no followup unless I tracked the company down. Upon finally getting our bed it was filthy, and the stains were under the plastic wrap which means they knew it was dirty and sent it out anyway. In addition to stains there was mud literally on the interior of the railings. We took pictures gave to shipping company and Meadow Blue to which they stated over 10 pictures we need more so after doing that and calling for two weeks there has no been no response or follow up unles I call them to which we are working on it and it do not have an answer and I do not know why a manager has not called you back. The bed was over $1,000 for a bed I can not use it is a white bed with filthy black stains all over it and when we opened the package mud on the interior of the bed it is gross! Not even an apology this should not have happened from Nicole in customer service just ohh this is a normal day at Meadow Blu of us not honoring your purchase. Unfortunely, I saw their reviews after I purchased it why doesn't the BBB do some investigating and shut them down as I can not find any good reviews online for them. I have the pictures if you need them. Horrible company!

      We had been working with this customer to get her bed rail replaced. I was in contact with her the whole time and apologized for the delays often. She even spoke to management who apologized as well. She thanked us for that apology. We refunded her 10% for the inconvenience and shipped out her replacement part along with a few extras in case there was more stained spots on her bed. Here is a copy of her e-mail in response to the apology from management:
      "Please pass along this message to Cheredia B******** Director of Operations, I appreciate your apology now that your aware of the situation, I would expect to hear from you until the situation is resolved. Please keep me informed along with a timeframe. I appreciate the discount, but I am still expecting the part to be replaced as further inspection the bed was even more dirty than I originally thought and totally unusable. When I opened the package, I had to vacuum the dirt coming off the bed, not even joking as I wish I were, there were mounds of dirt in the frame then on my floor. I have never seen anything like this. So this was extremely frustrating but you have apologized. So please keep me informed of the timeframe this will be replaced. Thank you for your continued support in this matter.

      She was contacted several times about her bed status. She ordered it on March 19th and it was delivered on July 2. It was three and a half months, not six. We did ask for a few extra photos of the packaging and a full body photo of the bed in order to complete the claim. When I had originally asked for photos, we listed that we needed these and they were not sent to us. The claim was filed on July 4th, a holiday, and had parts shipped out on July 21st. Two weeks is normal for a claim to be filed and filled.

      I am a professional interior designer that has a trade account with Meadow Blu. I placed an order on February 22, 2021, and specifically asked the sales rep. regarding the product availability and she promised all items will arrive around June 15, 2021. but the credenza in my order still has not arrived today as of November 24, 2021. I have emailed and called several times but got no clear answer and complete no response after my September 17, 2021 email to them. I requested to cancel this order and the sales rep told me it can not because it has arrived in California but she never give me proof of arriving and which is the delivery company that was responsible for the delivery when I requested the info. This is the first time I have encountered such a nonreliable company. Also, the dining table, in the same order, I order for my client has a crack on the table surface, and the sales rep told me is the nature of the product but there is no clear description shown on the website, to me, it just an excuse to avoid liability. After several discussions with the sales rep. she offers repair but does not provide the service and wants my client to find the repair shop herself and get reimbursement but not clear they will pay the full amount or not. Some of the repair estimates are close to the cost of the dining table itself. I have reviewed some of the complaints from other consumers and it seems like that is how Medow blu does business, no response to their customer once there is an issue.
