    They sent me the wrong size shampoo. I paid for a 64oz bottle for $70. They sent an 8oz bottle which costs $10. I have messaged them and they sent an automated message saying they would send the right one, but they never did. The phone number you have for them does not work and there’s no other phone or contact info on their website. Order # *********** made Oct 28th, 2023z

    I think 0 stars is not an option. I would not hesitate to give that if I could. After I have honestly lost track of how freaking long it has been since my order, let me quick check that...
    25.Mai 2021 is when my account was created. Should be the day I ordered, or maybe the day before. That makes almost a year. 11 Months straight.
    My order did never arrive, and after the first 2 emails it seems they got annoyed with me asking when my freaking order will finally drop in front of my door, and just stopped responding all together, But the shop is still online, so I can only assume they are actively ignoring me for asking where my order is.
    At one point there was a mention of some ominous time frame that had to pass before they could be sure the package was lost, but now I understand that those were all just tactics to keep me busy, since even after repeadetly asking how that time frame would look at the relevant time, no time frame was ever stated to me.

    They even had the guts and wrote a last email a few months later, where they casually asked if I had received my order. (Because the guy from customer service really cares that buyers are satisfied and all... lol) But when I then again stated that I had not, contact broke of entirely on their side.
    By now, I wrote like 10 mails asking how they would explain that they still to this day do not refund my money, no answer,

    And now comes the kicker. The other day, I was curious, maybe the order is sitting in a post center near me I figured, so I looked;

    After 11 months, they could not be bothered to even send the **** order.
    So if you want to give away money to a bunch of stoners, it`s better to take a 20 and give it to a homeless person. They at least say thank you.
