    In spring of 2022, we stopped doing business with this company because we were unsatisfied with their work and pricing. In fall, we received an email receipt showing they had charged us for another annual contract. I called immediately and was told that they'd process the refund as soon as they got back to the office. The refund was never processed. I disputed the charge with my bank, and Solutions never replied to my bank. Now it's fall of 2023 and they've billed me for another annual contract. I emailed asking them to refund my money and take me off their charge list, but I have received no reply.

    Just moving to the area from out of state I found "Solutions Heating and Air" on line. It appeared to be a reputable and professional company. So I took my chances and went with them. I was on a crunch time, expecting family to arrive from out of time within the next two weeks. I needed my oven wall unit as well as my freestanding stove to be installed. After being promised multiple times for one week via phone conversations by my tech that he was going to arrive and complete the initial evaluation with no show, I decided to call the office and schedule the appointment with a staff member there. It was only at this time that my tech seriously took my appointment as an actual event. He showed up one day later. The evening that he was scheduled to arrive for the actual installation I did not hear from him; so I called him and once again, he canceled the appointment stating that one of his guys called out for the shift. Only having one additional day left before my family arrived I was in shear panic mode! No options for preparing meals for my out of town family, and no faith that this guy was going to show up ever! So I insisted that he show of the following day or I would be out of time! Amazingly, the next day he showed up and spent several hours on the installation of my freestanding oven only to confirm that he would not be able to install it because the appliance did not properly fit my space nor my kitchens' options for installation. Of course this was understandable because this was no fault of his own. Yet, if he had shown up two weeks prior as he had promised several times I would have had the time to seek other options. Then I asked him if he was going to install the wall oven unit as I had scheduled with the office and on my written estimate? Much to my surprise his answer was "no; I have spent several hours on trying to figure out how to install your freestanding stove, I now have no time to install your wall oven." I was livid! I literally had to BEG him to install the wall unit oven so that I could at least have something to prepare meals for my out of town family due to arrive the next day. Finally, he agreed with much regret and he installed the wall oven for me in approximately 15 minutes. This experience was a TOTAL NIGHTMARE from the beginning to the end. Think twice before utilizing this company. I think that they are over booked and under staffed. Do your research before selecting this company. Thank you!

    We regret that this was your experience, which is not typical for our company. Due to weather causing us to postpone previously scheduled No AC service calls and AC installation jobs that were priority, dates giving to you had to be postponed as well. We were able to install one wall oven for you to cook with for your family. The necessary steps for the other appliance to be installed was not complete and out of our control. We did what we could for you. Thanks for the opportunity to serve you.
